The New England Revolution required a world-class futsal facility to support player development, small-sided training sessions, and potentially competitive futsal tournaments. We designed and built a court that meets FIFA's rigorous quality standards while exceeding the practical demands of a professional MLS organization.
This project represents the pinnacle of futsal surface construction. Every aspect—from the specialized acrylic formulation to the precise court markings and playing surface consistency—was engineered to meet FIFA Quality standards. The facility serves both as a training environment and as a showcase of American futsal infrastructure development.
Working with the Revolution's technical staff, we ensured the court characteristics match international competition standards, allowing players to train in an environment identical to that of FIFA-certified international futsal tournaments. This attention to detail supports player development and competitive readiness.

Regulation FIFA futsal dimensions: 40 meters long by 20 meters wide with 1-meter run-off areas on all sides for player safety.

Construction Timeline
Phase 1: Site Analysis & Preparation (Weeks 1-2)
FIFA standards assessment, site survey, and facility planning. Coordination with MLS Revolution technical staff and FIFA officials regarding specifications and requirements.
Phase 2: Base Construction & Systems (Weeks 3-6)
Subsurface preparation, professional drainage installation, and reinforced concrete foundation meeting FIFA structural requirements. Electrical systems for LED lighting installation.
Phase 3: Acrylic Application & Certification (Weeks 7-10)
Multi-coat futsal-specific acrylic application, FIFA-approved line marking, and comprehensive testing. Third-party certification testing and ball response validation before final handoff.
